On December 8, 2025, PT Golden Tekstil Indonesia (GTI) held a corporate presentation and on-site recruitment at the International Education School of SNPU, co-chaired by GTI’s Administration Manager Yin Weilu and School Dean Qin Jingjun. Indonesian students participated enthusiastically.
Specializing in the production of high-end shirt fabrics, GTI exports over 80% of its products to Europe, America, and other regions after being manufactured into finished garments in Indonesia. Its cooperative brands include internationally renowned apparel enterprises such as Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Uniqlo, and MUJI. With a total investment of 200 million US dollars, GTI is one of the earliest Chinese-funded enterprises to settle in Indonesia’s KIK Industrial Park. It officially started production in October 2022 and currently employs approximately 2,500 staff, including 2,400 local employees and 100 Chinese employees. The company’s expected sales volume in 2025 will reach 90 million US dollars, demonstrating sound overall development.
During the presentation, Yin Weilu, the corporate representative, focused on introducing GTI’s safety management measures, talent development achievements, and future development plans, while releasing recruitment information tailored for Indonesian international students. In the interactive Q&A session, students actively raised questions regarding career development, working environment, salary and benefits, promotion channels, and training systems, all of which were thoroughly addressed by the corporate representatives. Many Indonesian students stated that the event enhanced their understanding of high-quality Chinese-funded enterprises rooted in Indonesia and provided valuable references for their career planning upon returning to their home country.
This exchange and recruitment activity has built a bridge for face-to-face communication between Indonesian international students and enterprises, further promoting in-depth cooperation between our university and overseas Chinese-funded enterprises in talent cultivation and employment.
