On the afternoon of March 15th, SXPl held the opening ceremony of the Joint training program for skilled personnel of ShaanGu Indonesia Power Plant by video conference. Mr. Tian Hao, SXPI Deputy Party Secretary, Mr. Zhang Pengwu, Director of International Engineering Department of ShaanGu Group, Dr. AB Susanto, Director of VIVA College, Indonesia, Ms. Yeti Asmawati SE., MM, President of Polytechnc Piksi Input Serang, Banten, Ms. Novita Setianti M. AK., AK, CA,President of STMIK Widya Utama, Purwokeerto, Ms. Maheni Ika Sari SE MM, Dean of Faculty Economic and Business of Muhammadiyah University Jember and so on attended the ceremony. Mr. Qin Jingjun, Dean of International Education School presided over the meeting.
The joint training project of skills and talents of ShaanGu Indonesia power plant is an important measure of SXPI to implement《The Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Modern Vocational Education》，to explore the international development mode of "Chinese Plus Vocational skills", to cooperate with enterprises to "go global" and also to serve the international production capacity cooperation.
This project is organized by SXPI and co-organized by ShaanGu Group and 4 Indonesian universities, to train Indonesian employees for ShaanGu's largest air separation and power generation project in Indonesia, so as to alleviate the difficulties encountered by the enterprise in the lack of skilled talents familiar with Chinese language and culture and job standards. A total of 33 students are enrolled in the program for four months. It aims to cultivate students' Chinese communication ability and enhance their understanding of Chinese culture and ShaanGu's enterprise culture.
Mr. Tian Hao expressed his heartfelt thanks to all the cooperative units for their care and support for the development of SXPI for a long time, and congratulated the students selected for the project. After introducing the basic information of SXPI and the international exchanges and cooperation, he proposed two hopes for the students. First, he hoped that the students could adapt to the online learning mode as soon as possible, meet the challenges, be diligent and self-motivated, and meet a better themselves through efforts. Second, he hoped that through the 4-month online study, students could get to know China, learn Chinese language and culture, and become friendly messengers of cultural exchanges between the two countries, so as to make the flower of China-Indonesia friendship more colorful.
Mr. Zhang Pengwu introduced the practice of participating in the belt and Road Initiative of ShaanGu Group in recent years in his speech. He hoped that the students could overcome difficulties, actively learn professional knowledge according to the teaching requirements, further understand the development and corporate culture of ShaanGu, and lay a good foundation for joining operation and maintenance team of ShaanGu in the future.
At the same time, he hoped that all students will actively plan their future career direction. Through industrial Chinese and other aspects of learning, the students could improve Chinese communication ability, and strive to realize the value of life.
The leaders of Indonesian universities made a brief introduction to their respective schools in the speech. They said the program provides a good platform for students' growth and is important for their career development. They thanked SXPI and ShaanGu Group for building a good project platform and looked forward to carrying out more cooperative projects with SXPI. At the same time, they hoped that the students who participate in the program will seize the four-month learning opportunity, seriously attend classes, fully prepare for future development, and improve their competitiveness.
Mr. Wang Leixin, the class teacher of project training looked forward to the students with full enthusiasm to seize this learning opportunity, to keep pace with the development of the industry, and to improve the Chinese communication ability. At the same time, students can enrich their professional knowledge, seize various opportunities to hone their skills, become professionals familiar with industry knowledge, and make positive contributions to the development of ShaanGu Power Plant.
