On the afternoon of March 29th, SXPI International Education School held a video conference with Laten, Germany, to discuss the enterprise talent order training program. Mr. Karl Weber, mayor of Latten, Mr. Alfons Westermann, General Manager of Westermann Machinery Factory, Mr. Jörg Bührmann, General manager of BEM, Mr. Li Qi, General representative of Shaanxi Provincial Commercial Office in Hamburg, Mr. Qin Jingjun, Dean of School of International Education and other department members attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Carl Weber introduced that local enterprises in latten are facing a shortage of technical and skilled personnel. He hoped to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism with SXPI to cultivate technical and skilled personnel for enterprise orders and relieve the pressure of human resources.

Mr. Qin Jingjun introduced the professional advantages of SXPI in the field of equipment manufacturing. He said that it is an important part of international exchanges and cooperation of SXPI to send students abroad for internship and employment. SXPI is willing to meet the job requirements of German enterprises and train international skilled personnel for enterprise orders. After that, the two sides discussed the cooperation mode, professional docking, student selection scale and reached a consensus on cooperation.

In 2019, Mr. Carl Weber led a delegation to visit SXPI twice and signed a memorandum of cooperation with SXPI. This meeting is to implement the memorandum of cooperation at the project level on the basis of the early cooperation and achieve win-win cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
