According to the construction task arrangement of "double-high-plan", the Teacher Development Center held a salon on the afternoon of April 28th with the theme of "Sharing of Teacher Ability Improvement Training Project ". Mr. Mei Chuangshe, Vice President of SXPI, principals of secondary schools, and all participants of two online international exchange programs, namely "Sino-German Dual-system Elite Teacher Promotion Program" and "Singapore Teacher Improvement Program", participated in the sharing activity. The activity was hosted by Mr. Yin Fengshe, Director of the Teacher Development Center, and was broadcast live online.

Mr. Yin Fengshe introduced the development of the two online international exchange programs "China-Germany" and "China-Singapore". He also gave a brief description of the upcoming teacher training in 2022. Afterwards, six excellent participants exchanged their training experience from the aspects of German and Singapore vocational education concept, industry-teaching integration, professional development, curriculum design, teaching and evaluation, etc.

Finally, Mr. Mei Chuangshe emphasized the purpose and significance of teacher training, and put forward the specific requirements of "training continuity" and "unity of knowledge and practice" for teachers. He hoped that all teachers can apply good vocational education concepts and models in practical teaching work. It aimed to broaden mind, improve teaching ability, and further enhance teachers' international vision.
