On April 26th, the awarding ceremony of "Intelligent Manufacturing Staff Innovation Studio of Mr. Liang Xiaozhe" was held in the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Base of SXPI. Mr. Xu Fuquan, Chairman of The Trade Union of Education, Science, Culture, Health and Sports of Shaanxi Province, Prof. Mr. Li Angui, President of the School of Construction Equipment Science and Engineering of Xi 'an University of Architecture and Technology, Mr. Gao Yijun, Chairman of the Trade Union of the First Affiliated College of Xi 'an Jiaotong University, Mr. Zhang Bin, Chairman of the SXPI's Trade Union, members of the Staff Innovation Studio and representative teachers of SXPI attended the meeting. The awarding ceremony was presided over by Mr. Zhang Bin.

Mr. Xu Fuquan awarded the "Intelligent Manufacturing Staff Innovation Studio of Mr. Liang Xiaozhe " and gave a speech. He hoped the studio can give full play to the advantages of technical skills, help enterprises solve practical problems, and make contributions to the development of SXPI, the regional economic development of Shaanxi, and the cultivation of intelligent talents. The provincial Education, Science, Culture, Health and Sports Union will also build a good platform to provide financial and technical support in all aspects. Teachers do their own work well, and at the same time can actively innovate, in order to combine their professional knowledge and industrial development.

Mr. Liang Xiaozhe made a speech on behalf of the team. He said that he would take root in the front line and lead the team to contribute to the training of high-skilled talents and the development of scientific research work of SXPI.

At the symposium, Prof. Mr. Li Angui shared his research achievements in his research field and expressed his desire to cooperate with SXPI in intelligent manufacturing, low carbon emission reduction and other related projects. He encouraged the participating teachers to make good use of the school platform, devote themselves to their own professional fields, integrate more skills, knowledge and innovative thinking, and create innovative studios with professional characteristics.

It is reported that Shaanxi Education, Science, Culture, Health and Sports Trade Union plans to build 25 Staff Innovation Studio Alliance in Shaanxi. "Intelligent Manufacturing Staff Innovation Studio of Mr. Liang Xiaozhe" of SXPI has formed "Shaanxi Model Worker and Craftsman Talent Employee Innovation Studio Alliance" with 8 model workers and Craftsman Talent Staff Innovation Studios including Northwest Architectural Design Institute, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, Xi'an University of Science and Technology and Shaanxi Terracotta Warriors Cultural Relics and Restoration. It will integrate the province's innovation resources, human resources and technical resources, and build an interdisciplinary scientific research and innovation platform for innovative learning, exchange and cooperation.

The platform will focus on the major strategies implemented by Shaanxi, commit to smart city, intelligent construction, intelligent manufacturing and other fields, carry out trans-regional, trans-industrial and trans-enterprise collaborative innovation, and solve the bottleneck problems faced by enterprises.
