On the afternoon of July 7th, the preparatory meeting for the establishment of Qin Gong Yuan of Indonesia Branch school of SXPI was held by video conference. Dr. Diah Sawitri, Director of vocational Education Program, Department of Education, East Java, Indonesia, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Mr. Yu Yougen, Deputy Secretary General of China Education Association for International Exchange, delivered a video speech. Principals of the 10 Indonesian universities co-built by Qin Gong Yuan attended the meeting.

Qin Gong Yuan is the talent training unit of SXPI in Indonesia. First, in the form of cooperative education, it focuses on the job demand of modern manufacturing, information technology and big data, intelligent logistics, engineering and construction, financial and economic tourism, textile and chemical industry and other industries. Secondly, it is supported by high-quality Chinese enterprises in Indonesia and the superior specialties of co-built colleges and universities to build a transnational linkage and multi-party brand of overseas education. Furthermore, Qin Gongyuan deepens the internationalized connotation of Chinese and vocational skills and serves the China-ASEAN vocational education community.

At the meeting, Mr. Qin Jingjun, dean of the School of International Education, delivered a speech and introduced the educational functions of Qin Gong Yuan and arranged the tasks for the next stage. The co-construction units introduced the basic information of their schools and said that they would actively participate in the construction of Qin Gong Yuan and contribute to promoting the cooperation of vocational education between China and Indonesia. At the same time, the principals of the cooperative institutions signed the co-construction agreement and won the award of Qin Gong Yuan of SXPI.

Under the guidance of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Education Department of Shaanxi Province, the launching ceremony of Qin Gong Yuan is planned to be officially opened on August 15, 2022 Silk Road Education Cooperation and Exchange Conference.
