On the afternoon of July 13, Mr. Qin Jingjun, dean of the School of International Education, and the team led by Mr. Nagold, director general of the National Electric Power Training Institute under the Ministry of Electricity of Nigeria, discussed the cooperation project online.

During the online meeting, Mr. Qin introduced the basic situation of China's vocational education and SXPI. He expressed the hope to give full play to the high quality educational resources of SXPI, meet the industrial development needs of Nepal, and carry out cooperation projects with SXPI such as teacher exchange and professional development.

Director-general Nagold introduced the basic situation of the National Electric Power Training Institute and the difficulties encountered in its development. He expressed the hope that under the belt and Road Initiative, cooperation projects such as teacher training and curriculum development could be carried out with SXPI. The two sides reached a cooperative agreement on teacher training, professional curriculum development and academic conferences, and planned to implement relevant programs in September 2022.
