On Oct 28, Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education held a video conference to evaluate the pilot project of the reform of education opening to the outside world. SXPI is evaluated by the professional group as a pilot school. At the evaluation meeting, Qin Jingjun, Dean of the School of International Education, on behalf of SXPI, introduced the basic information of the pilot project of "Comprehensively promoting the internationalization of SXPI with the construction of 'double-high' as the starting point" from the aspects of the project implementation background, main tasks, resource guarantee, initial results, etc.

The expert group affirmed the effectiveness of the pilot work of SXPI, and suggested that SXPI would further clarify the task list, condense the characteristic experience, and build a new standard for the cultivation of international talents.

Since it was selected as a pilot school of the reform of education opening to the outside world in June 2022, SXPI combined with the vocational education policy of the new era to tap the potential of international exchanges and cooperation to support the school's high-quality development. SXPI set a work list in 10 aspects, including international talent training, international teaching standards development and service enterprises "going global" etc. Through the pilot work of educational evaluation reform, SXPI strived to solve the development problems, establish an efficient mechanism, and promote the high-quality development of international exchanges and cooperation.
