On November 18, the first SRVE-International Vocational Education Standards and School-Enterprise Cooperation Mode Exchange and Cooperation Conference was held in Xi 'an. Qin Jingjun, Dean of the School of International Education, and teachers Li Ke and Yang He, participated in the conference. At the meeting, SXPI signed a memorandum of cooperation with Cameroon's higher science, art and vocational colleges.

An information sharing platform for "The Belt and Road" Vocational Education Alliance was launched at the meeting. Moreover, the signing ceremony of the International vocational teacher project "SRVE- International Standard Certification and European RNCP Certificate System Interconnection", the cooperation between the "Belt and Road" Vocational Education Alliance and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the Democratic Republic of Congo, the cooperation between the "Belt and Road" vocational Education Alliance colleges and vocational colleges in African countries were held.

This conference set up a platform for the development of vocational education standards in China and Africa. After systematically mastering the teaching methods of the European vocational education system, the teachers of Chinese vocational colleges and universities would further share with the member units of African universities to help them train a large number of skilled vocational talents that could serve the development of African local enterprises, and constantly expand the new field of China-Africa international talent training. It aimed to cultivate professional skills elite talents with cross-cultural ability for "going global" enterprises and local countries, promote local economic development, and make greater contribution to the construction of "The Belt and Road".
