一、学校简介 | About SNPU
陕西工业职业技术大学位于具有2350多年历史的中国文化历史名城——咸阳市，距离陕西省省会西安市约25公里，距离西安咸阳国际机场约15公里。学校成立于1950年，目前在校学生约17000人。
陕西工业职业技术大学拥有先进的教学设施、学生公寓、食堂、多功能学术厅等设施。体育设施包括室内羽毛球场、乒乓球馆、室外乒乓球台、篮球场及400米跑道田径场和足球场。
Shaanxi Polytechnic University is located in Xianyang, a city with more than 2,350 years of history and rich culture, about 25 kilometers from the provincial capital Xi'an and approximately 15 kilometers north of the Xi'an-Xianyang International Airport. Founded in 1950, SNPU currently has about 17,000 students on campus.
SNPU has advanced teaching facilities, student dormitories, canteens, a multi-functional academic hall, and other facilities. Sports facilities include indoor badminton courts, a table-tennis hall, outdoor table-tennis tables, basketball courts, and an all-purpose sports ground with a 400-meter running track and a football field.
二、注册报到 | Registration
（一）注册报到前 | Before On-site Registration
1. 电子签证文件发放 | Issue of E-version Visa Documents
A. 学校将向被录取的学生发放《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）。请妥善保管以上文件，它们将用于在中国大使馆申请学习签证。
B. 如你未能收到相关文件，请及时联系国际教育学院招生办公室。
A. SNPU will issue the Admission Letter and the "Visa Application Form for Study in China" (JW202 Form) to admitted students. Please keep these documents safe, as they are required for applying for a study visa at the Chinese Embassy.
B. If you do not receive these documents, please contact the Office of the International Education School promptly.
2. 报到时间与入学资格 | Registration Time & Admission Qualification
报到时间为2026年9月15日至9月17日。请各位新生在规定时间内到校办理报到注册手续。若未经学校同意而逾期未报到注册，将被视为自动放弃本次入学资格。
The registration period is from September 15 to September 17, 2026. All new students are required to complete on-site registration within this period. Failure to register on time without the university's prior approval will be considered as a voluntary waiver of admission qualification.
3. 报到所需文件 | Required Documents for Registration
报到时需携带以下材料原件：
1. 护照原件 | Original passport
2. 《录取通知书》原件 | Original Admission Letter
3. JW202表原件 | Original JW202 Form
4. 经公证后的最高学历证书（高中毕业证书）原件及公证文件 | The notarized original of your highest degree certificate (high school graduation certificate)
5. 经公证后的学习成绩单原件 | The notarized original of your academic transcript
6. 在自己国家完成的《外国人体格检查表》原件，附带X光片（不接受CD）（有效期为6个月） | Original Physical Examination Form for Foreigners, X-ray film (without CD) attached to the form (valid for 6 months)
7. 8张2寸白底彩色证件照片，8张1寸白底彩色证件照片（建议多准备备用）| Eight 2-inch color ID photos with white background, Eight 1-inch color ID photos (we suggest you prepare extra copies)
注意：上述所有材料若非中文或英文，须提供经公证的中文或英文翻译件。
Note: All documents above, if not in Chinese or English, must be accompanied by notarized Chinese or English translations.
4. 提交来校航班信息 | Submit Your Arrival Information
学校将在2026年9月15日至9月17日提供接机服务。请于指定日期前将你的航班信息发送至国际教育学院老师。
如需接机服务，请务必提前告知抵达时间、航班号等信息。
SNPU will provide airport pick-up service from September 15 to September 17. Please send your flight information to the International Education School.
If you require pick-up service, please be sure to inform us of your arrival time, flight number, and other details in advance.
5. 准备来校生活费、签证体检费 | Prepare Living Expenses, Visa & Physical Examination
请提前准备足够的人民币现金以支付初到时的基本开销。
Please prepare sufficient RMB cash to cover basic expenses upon your arrival.
三、医疗保险 | Medical Insurance
根据中国相关规定，所有在华学习超过六个月的国际学生必须购买医疗保险。
保险费为800元人民币/年、1000元人民币/年、1200元人民币/年和1800元人民币/年。
学生可在抵达中国后购买保险。更多信息请查阅：http://en.lxbx.net/
According to relevant Chinese regulations, all international students whose duration of studies in China exceeds six months must purchase insurance.
The insurance fee is 800 RMB/year, 1,000 RMB/year, 1,200 RMB/year, or 1,800 RMB/year.

四、体检与签证 | Physical Examination & Visa
（一）体检 | Physical Examination
新生入境后须在指定机构完成体检，方可申请学习居留许可。
New students must complete a physical examination at a designated institution after entering China, before applying for a visa/residence permit extension.
（二）签证延期 | Visa Extension
学生须在入境后及时办理签证/居留许可延期手续。所需材料通常包括：
护照原件及首页复印件
最新签证页复印件（含中国海关入境章）
JW202表复印件
体检报告原件
临时住宿登记表
2寸白底彩色照片
Students must complete visa/residence permit extension procedures in a timely manner after entry. Required documents generally include:
Original passport and copy of the first page
Copy of the latest visa page (including China customs entry stamp)
Copy of JW202 Form
Original physical examination report
Temporary accommodation registration form
2-inch color ID photos with white background
五、生活贴士 | Life Tips
（一）咸阳气候 | Climate in Xianyang
咸阳四季分明。夏季气温约为30°C至38°C，冬季气温约为-5°C至5°C。请根据季节准备合适的衣物。
Xianyang has four distinct seasons. Summer temperatures are about 30°C~38°C, and winter temperatures are about -5°C~5°C. Please prepare appropriate clothing according to the season.
（二）抵达交通 | Transportation to SNPU
学校地址：陕西省咸阳市渭城区文汇西路12号
从西安咸阳国际机场出发 | From Xi'an-Xianyang International Airport:
学校距离机场约15公里。如果自行前往学校，建议乘坐出租车，费用约50-70元人民币。
The university is about 15 kilometers from the airport. It is recommended to take a taxi to the university, costing about 50-70 RMB.
（三）重要物品建议 | Recommended Items to Bring
1. 重要文件：建议至少保存两份重要证件和文件的复印件，并将重要文件翻译成英文或中文。
2. 电子设备：笔记本电脑及配件、电源转换插头（中国标准电压220V）。
3. 衣物：根据咸阳的气候准备四季衣物。
4. 常用药品：感冒药、肠胃药等。
5. 现金：建议携带适量人民币现金以支付初到时的基本开销。
6. 证件照片：1寸和2寸白底彩色照片（同时准备电子版JPG格式）。
提示：大部分生活必需品在学校周边的超市和商场都可以买到，无需从本国大量携带。
1. Important Documents: It is recommended to keep at least 2 photocopies of your important documents and have them translated into English or Chinese before leaving your country.
2. Electronic Devices: Laptop and accessories, power adapter (standard voltage in China is 220V).
3. Clothing: Prepare clothes for all four seasons according to the climate in Xianyang.
4. Common Medicines: Medicines for colds, digestive issues, etc.
5. Cash: It is advisable to bring some RMB cash to cover basic expenses upon arrival.
6. ID Photos: 1-inch and 2-inch color ID photos with white background (JPG format also needed).
Tip: Most daily necessities can be easily purchased in supermarkets or shopping malls near the campus, so you do not need to bring a large amount from your home country.
