The opening ceremony for 15 SXPI teachers training was held in National Taiwan University of Science and Technology(TWAIWAN TECH) on July 25. Li Duzhong,Prof. Vice President of TAIWAN TECH, Huang Qingdong, Pro. Chief Director of International Conference Center of TAIWAN TECH attended the opening ceremony. Vice President Li Duzhong addressed the ceremony, he forwarded his warmest welcome and best wishes to SXPI teachers for their coming to Taiwan and TAIWAN TECH. He briefly introduced TAIWAN TECH to SXPI teachers. Prof. He Kexiang, head o fSXPI teachers training group, thanked TAIWAN TECH hospitality and hoped each member of the training group cherish the opportunity of study in TAIWAN TECH, obey the training rules and work hard during the two weeks training period. Li Duzhongand He Kexiang exchanged gifts for the two institutes.

After the ceremony, SXPI teachers attended the lecture titled Taiwan Higher Education Evaluation Model and Mechanism made by Zhou Cande, Prof. President of Hsing Wu University. Then, the teachers group visited TAIWAN TECH campus and Training facility.

In the following two weeks, SXPI teachers will attend 17 lectures focusing on educational philosophy, teaching model,courses design, innovation and entrepreneurship, teaching quality evaluation,curriculum reform. , etc. They will also communicate with the Taiwan professors and experts on interested topic of vocational education.
