Mr. Qiao Lin, a lecturer of SXPI Mechanical Engineering School, is doing training for Zambian employees of Chinese Industry in Zambia from late April. Mr. Qiao is the sixth teacher SXPI dispatched to Zambia to do the employees training program since 2016. As one of the China pilot TVET institutions of Going Out with enterprises, recent years, SXPI is pursuing an education model of integration of TVET Schools and Enterprises. The employees training program in Zambia is a cooperation between SXPI and China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Qiao is lecturing Electromagnetics. He well prepares his lecture before each class by asking requirement of the enterprises employees, making PPT and using easy understand language. His lectures is knowledgeable and interesting. The trainees give high appraises.
