Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute(SXPI) attaches great importance to graduate employment. In order to ensure that each graduate can get an ideal job at the difficulty time of COVID-19 pandemic, SXPI has taken a series of measures. With “promoting employment and stabilizing employment” as the main line, SXPI has established “internet+ employment” new model with the employers, and has combined the offline job fair with online employment recruitment. Especially, a 24-hour enquiry hotline has been set up to ensure the employment service available during the COVID-19 epidemic.

In June, School of Information Engineering successively invited some famous companies to come to SXPI to hold the recruitment fair. The companies are Huawei Shenzhen Huitong Commerce Co. Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huawei, and Yu Xin Education, the strategic partner of Huawei to promote Huawei’s Kunpeng University Talent Program. Kunpeng Talent Program is put forward in the context of China’s strong encouragement of information innovation and aims at cultivating comprehensive talents who are specialized in Kunpeng Ecology, Huawei Cloud, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence.

These special recruitment fairs have realized the good cooperation between school and enterprises and established good platforms for the graduates to better achieve the internship. So far, with the strong measures, the majority of SXPI students have made contact with big companies and have got the good internship opportunities.
