Recently, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions issued the“Decision on Commending the 2021 National May Day Labor Awards and the National Worker Pioneer”. The Machining Technology Training Center of SXPI won the honorary title of“National Worker Pioneer”, which is the only and the first TVET institution in Shaanxi province that won the honor.

Established in 2012, the Machining Technology Training Center integrates SXPI Mechanical Engineering school, SXPI Aeronautical Engineering school and the school-running internship factory. Covering an area of more than 7000 square meters, it has 11 training rooms, including general turning milling, clamp milling, numerical turning milling, special machining, etc. Besides, being a teacher training base of the Ministry of Education, it has 260 sets of various production-oriented machine tools with a value of more than 53 million yuan and is the largest engineering training center in Northwest China.
