On March 31, hosted by Centerfor Language Education And Cooperation, Ministry of Education and undertook by SXPI, the closing ceremony of "Experiencing Sanqin Culture and Learning ChineseTechniques:2022 Spring Camp for Indonesian Young Leaders" was held in the form of video conference. Tian Hao,Deputy Secretary of SXPI Party committee,Dr. AB Susanto, President of Semarang Viva college in Indonesia, Susnila, President of vocational school in South Sumatra province, Mahni, Director of the Department of Economics and Business of Dia University, and over200 teachers and students attended the closing ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Qin Jingjun, Dean of SXPI International Education School.
As an important part of the "Chinese Bridge" project,this spring camp was an important measure for SXPI to explore the international mode of "Chinese + Occupation Skills" in the difficult period of COVID-19 virus pandemic and to continuously deepen international exchanges and cooperation. The activity lasted for 9 days. Meanwhile, in the form of live classes, the campers learned Chinese daily expressions, Chinese poetry and Chinese songs, experienced Chinese traditional dance, Chinese martial arts and Chinese traditional costumes, appreciated Chinese profound history and culture, and tasted Sanqin Silk Road culture and Chinese traditional culture. Besides, they also learnt the representative "bilingual" professional courses of SXPI in the form of recording and broadcasting courses, including BusinessEtiquette, Production and Site Management, Flexible Manufacturing and Automatic Production Line and Advanced ManufacturingTechnology from the official website of "Chinese Bridge",which enhanced their understanding of modern production technology and business etiquette.
In his speech, Mr. Tian Hao stated that this spring camp overcame the impact of COVID-19 virus epidemic and had achieved good interaction between Indonesia and China. Meanwhile, the campers studied Chinese language, experienced Chinese and Shaanxi culture and learnt Chinese skills,which effectively facilitated the people-to-people exchanges and dialogues between the two countries.“Taking this spring camp as an opportunity, SXPI would continue to deepen the exploration of a new mode of international cooperation in running schools, realize the long-term development in the process of actively moving towards internationalization, and make greater contributions to promoting cultural exchanges between China and Indonesia.”He said.
Dr.Susanto, Ms.Susnila and Mr.Mahni showed their thanks to SXPI for the great efforts to the successful complement of this camp.They said that the activities and curriculums were rich and colorful, and all the teachers taught very patiently and carefully. This camp achieved the purpose of enhancing understanding, integrating culture and promoting friendship. They looked forward to carrying out more cooperation projects with SXPI in the future.
The campers' representatives showed their learning fruits by reading Chinese poetry, singing Chinese songs and performing Chinesedances. They said that they had a deeper love for Chinese, Chinese martial arts, Shaanxi culture and Chinese traditional culture in the process of participating in the activities, and had an in-depth understanding of the professional courses of SXPI. They hoped to have more opportunities to exchange and study in SXPI in the near future.
