On the morning of August 6th, Qinghai Province's 2022 Vocational College Teacher Quality Improvement Plan -Special Training for Teachers' Quality Improvement and Excellence- started classes in SXPI. Mr. Mei Chuangshe, Vice President of SXPI, Mr. Wu Junfeng, Dean of the School of Continuing Education and Training, Mr. Yang Qian, Dean of the School of Civil Engineering, and 50 students and related management service personnel from 30 vocational colleges in Qinghai Province attended the opening ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Wu Junfeng.

First, Mr. Mei Chuangshe delivered a welcome speech. On behalf of SXPI, he warmly welcomed the trainees. He introduced the school's historical evolution and important achievements in its construction and development in recent years. He asked relevant personnel to do a good job in service assurance to ensure the high-quality implementation of training programs. Mr. Lu Cheng, the person in charge of the training project, introduced the training arrangements and discipline requirements to the trainees. Teacher Ms. Li Qianqian from Qinghai Vocational and Technical College of Health gave a speech as the representative of the trainees.

SXPI was a national key construction vocational education teacher training base and a national vocational college principal training base. Since 2019, more than 40 national and provincial training projects of Shaanxi Vocational College Teacher Quality Improvement Plan have been implemented, training nearly 6,000 person-times, realizing the full coverage of teacher training project types.

In addition, SXPI has completed 12 training programs for brother colleges outside the province, including the "double-high" Construction Advanced Seminar for Higher Vocational Colleges in Qinghai Province, covering 37 higher vocational colleges in 5 provinces of Shandong, Shanxi, Qinghai, Jiangxi, and Inner Mongolia. A total of 720 people were trained. The training brand of SXPI has won wide recognition from the society.
