At the beginning of the 2022, the good news came from Beijing, SXPI applied chemical technology teacher team was successfully selected into the second batch of "Huang Danian -type Teacher Team of National Universities". The achievement of this landmark at the national level was a strong embodiment of the school's continuous improvement of teachers' ethics, education, teaching and social services. It was also an epitome of the school's innovation of teacher training mode and the creation of a "dream team" of vocational teachers.

Over the years, SXPI took the improvement of teachers' teaching ability as a breakthrough, facing the whole process of teaching and learning, and the whole process of teacher growth, which realized the "double improvement" of teachers' ideological and political quality and teaching ability. SXPI built a modern vocational education teacher training system of "Three Measures to Strengthen Morality, Four Dimensions to Support, Five Steps to Advance".

SXPI focused on the cultivation of teachers' morality and relied on four types of training platforms. It also provided "Five Steps to Advance" training for teachers of different ages, stages, needs and abilities, and built a team of teachers with both morals and skills.

The construction of school teachers solidified the foundation of connotation development. SXPI improved its educational strength and made important breakthroughs in many fields. SXPI was selected as one of the first batch of construction projects in China, and was the first to carry out 5 pilot projects in the country. SXPI also won 110 national and provincial honors. Its landmark achievements, such as the National Vocational Education and Teaching Achievement Award and the National Vocational College Skills Competition for students, ranked among the top in the western region.
