SXPI held the technical and vocational education and training (TVET): Professional workshop from October 27th to 28th, 2022. The reporters from School of Material Engineering have created a robust and engaging induction programme outlining the process used in curriculum design/re-design including the fundamentals of outcomes-based assessment and student-centric teaching practices.The workshop  has encouraged TVET educators to reflect on the current engineering courses they provided, and the teaching approaches used.  During the programme, participants reviewed authentic examples from the Material Engineering school. They have also been provided with internationally aligned templates for use in the design of engineering learning activities.
