The second Mongolian Vocational Education Development Forum, hosted by the Mongolian Ministry of Education and Science and UNESCO, was held in Ulaanbaatar from June 8th to 9th. Invited by the conference, Qin Jingjun,person in charge of UNESCO-UNEVOC Network Center and Dean of SXPI International Education School, delivered a keynote speech in the form of a video conference at the Vocational Education Teacher Development Parallel Forum.

Mr.Qin introduced the policies and measures for teacher development in China's vocational education, titled "The Practice of China TVET Teachers Development, the Case of Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute". Taking SXPIas an example, he introduced how the school focus on the bottlenecks and difficulties in teacher development, build a high-level dual teacher team  through classification, and take multiple measures to ensure high-quality development.

Inthe meeting exchange session,Mr.Qin answered questions regarding the training of new teachers,teacher training in  enterprises,teachers’participating in scientific research,skill competitions, and other projects.
