SXPI Held the Meeting of Online Customer Service Training Programme with New Balance

On September 25,  School of Trade and Circulation held the meeting of online customer service training programme with New Balance Tmall store. The training programme was designed for students in E-commerce subject to improve their professional skills. Yoshikazu Hashiguchi, the Chief Executive of Itochu Logistics (China) Shanghai Branch & Fang Wei, the Chief Executive of Xi’an SMART Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd attended the meeting.

At the beginning, Mei Chuangshe,Vice-president of SXPI introduced the School of Trade and Circulation. He expected that the training programme could develop the professional competence of students and strengthen the co-operation between the school and companies. After that, Yoshikazu Hashiguchi introduced Itochu Logistics (China), followed by Lian An, the Director of E-commerce Department, demonstrated the business culture of the company by videos. The regulations of the training programme were presented by Fang Wei. Zhao Huan, the General Manager of SMART’s Customer Centre introduced the training plan and teaching members. In the end, Wang Yonglian, Dean of School of Trade and Circulation summarized the meeting. She expected that all students of the programme could improve their professional competence which build foundation for their future career.
