On March 17, 2026, the Forum and Excellent Student Commendation Meeting of Huayou Cobalt International Order Class was held in the meeting room of the School of Energy and Chemical Engineering. Qin Jingjun, Dean of the School of International Education, Yang Xiuguo, Secretary of the General Party Branch of the School of Energy and Chemical Engineering, and all international students of the class attended the meeting.

At the forum, Dean Qin extended care to the students, encouraging them to set clear goals, study diligently, attach importance to Chinese communication and practice, and help each other. Secretary Yang urged students to cherish the learning opportunity, study professional knowledge, strengthen Chinese learning, abide by school rules, and strive to become international skilled talents.

Students actively shared their learning and life experiences, and put forward suggestions, which were patiently answered by the two leaders. After the forum, a commendation ceremony was held, where Dean Qin and Secretary Yang awarded certificates and prizes to outstanding students for their excellent academic performance. The awardees said they would live up to the expectations of the school and the enterprise.
