On March 2, former UNESCO Ambassador Yang Jin was invited to our university to deliver a special report and conduct on-site research on its two campuses. All university leaders attended, and Deputy Secretary Ma Xiaoyun presided over the session.

With the theme of improving technical talent cultivation quality, he analyzed relevant missions and paths, emphasized a learner-centered philosophy, and put forward insights on vocational education international cooperation, which aroused positive responses.
