On the afternoon of January 26, the School of International Education, together with the School of Chemical Engineering & Textile Garments and the School of Automotive Engineering, held a special winter vacation safety education activity for all international students staying on campus. The event aimed to strengthen their safety awareness and risk prevention capabilities, ensuring a safe, peaceful and fulfilling winter vacation.

     Yang Xiuguo, Secretary of the General Party Branch of the School of Chemical Engineering & Textile Garments, delivered a lecture themed "Safety First, Prevention Oriented". He explained seven key safety issues for the winter vacation based on international students' daily life and demonstrated the proper use of fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment on site.

     Qin Jingjun, Dean of the School of International Education, reminded students to abide by campus safety regulations, enhance self-management, and properly arrange study and daily life during the holiday.

     The activity was practical and targeted, effectively improving the safety awareness and emergency response abilities of international students. The university will continue to provide services and dynamic management for students staying on campus during the winter vacation, strictly implement the on-duty system, and maintain a safe, warm and orderly campus environment.
