On May 22, Shaanxi Province's Education Department-sponsored 9th Belt and Road Vocational Education Alliance exchange event took place in Xi'an, gathering education officials, vocational college reps, and industry leaders from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and over 70 domestic institutions.

A highlight was the “Qinling Workshop” plaque-awarding. Wang Haibo, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee's Education Work Committee, presented plaques for the university's Indonesia and Nigeria“Qinling Workshop projects, making it among the first to execute provincial-level“vocational education going global”initiatives. This not only advances Shaanxi's open education policy but also pioneers a talent-support model for Belt and Road production capacity cooperation.

The “Qinling Workshop”, a provincial-guided“vocational education going global”brand, aims to foster industry-education-enterprise partnerships. The university has served global Chinese firms like CATL and Shaanxi Blower Group, collaborating with Mandala Polytechnic (Indonesia) and Edo State Polytechnic (Nigeria). Its“Three-Double”model, driven by“Double Excellence, Double Entities, and Double Integrations,”has trained numerous local talents for overseas enterprises.

Moving forward, centered on national strategies, the university will leverage“Qinling Workshop”construction to refine school-enterprise talent training, fueling Belt and Road development and education-power building.
