On December 14th, Dr. Nopador Andy, Dean of Muban Chombueng Rajabhat University (MCRU) and Chairman of the Sino Thai Cooperation Project, Dr. Jotte Intaonse, Assistant Professor and Director of the Sino Thai Cooperation Project, visited SXPI. Dr. Liu Di, Dean of the school ofChemical Engineering and Clothing, SXPI, Yang Xiuguo, Secretary of the Party Branch of the school of Chemical Engineering and Clothingmet the delegation.
Liu Di first warmly welcomed the visit of the delegation of MCRU. She gave a detailed introduction to the basic situation of SXPI and the School of Chemical Engineering and Clothing,as well as the achievements of the school in education, scientific research, social services, etc. At the same time, she introduced the preparation of vocational education undergraduate majors of SXPI. She stated that MCRU enjoyed a high reputation internationally and hoped that through this exchange, it can take chemical intelligent technology as a starting point to further promote cooperation and exchange between the two universities, and jointly made greater contributions to cultivating international talents.
Dr. Nopador Andy introduced the discipline construction and international student development of MCRU. He stated that the university was established in 1954 and was one of the public universities of the Thai government. There were colleges of industrial technology, management, humanities and social sciences, etc. He hoped that both sides would continue to make full use of their complementary advantages, strengthen communication and cooperation in curriculum development and professional construction, and lay a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation.
Meanwhile, both sides agreed that internationalization of education was an important trend in current education development and an important way to enhance the international influence and competitiveness of schools. The two sides said that they would jointly respond to the "the Belt and Road" initiative, further strengthen cooperation in talent training, scientific research and other aspects, and promote the internationalization of education.
The delegation alsovisited the Chemical Technology Training Center, Advanced Manufacturing Technology Engineering Center, and Material 5G+Intelligent Forming Training Base at Weicheng Campus, SXPI.
