On March 4,Mark Flowers, president of Waikato Institute of Technology, New Zealand, visited Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute. SXPI president Zhang Xiaoyun,Deputy Party Secretary and Vice President LiuYongliang, and other staffs met the guests.

During the meeting,president Zhang Xiaoyunwelcomed the guests and briefed them on the basic information of SXPI.Meanwhile, SXPI hoped to carry out variouscooperations with Wintech and provide more chances for the student and faculty exchange.

President Mark Flowers extended appreciation to the warm welcome of SXPI. Mr. Flowers made a brief introduction about Wintech, and hoped a successful cooperation with SXPI.

The two sidesdiscussedthe exchange program and cooperation in running school, and reached an agreement.Then, the Memorandum of Understanding was signed.
