A delegation of 36 Indonesian teachers and students from SMA International Darul Hikam visited SXPI from May 1st to May 7th for an one week Chinese and Chinese culture study tour in Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute, which is the first time for SXPI having foreign students and teachers coming for short term study.

The theme of the study tour is to Learn the Culture of Silk Road, Experience the Spirit of Craftsman. The main activities includes studying Chinese language, Chinese Kongfu, calligraphy and drawing, visiting Terra Cotta and Warriors, the city museum, park, experiencing local food and people’s life. Much communication, friendship have been made between Chinese students and its Indonesian peers.

The seven days study tour made good impression and beautiful memories to Indonesian teachers and students. “I really learn a lot about China and its culture from SXPI during my memorial days in China, it was really exciting. I will not forget SXPI in my life.” Said Miss Shofie Salsabilla, an Indonesian student.

“We had a lot fun during the time with Indonesian students, and made good friendship with them. The together time is really helpful for us to know them and understand their culture and life.” Said Miss Wang Bin, a business English student.
