On the afternoon of June 9, International Education School of SXPI and Shaanxi Blower Group held a special job fair for Indonesian students. 32 Indonesian students from SXPI participated in the job fair by video conference.

Qin Jingjun,Dean of International Education School, introduced the joint training program for skilled personnel between SXPI and Shaanxi Blower Group. He encouraged the students to learn Chinese and Chinese technology well, get jobs in Chinese enterprises, and serve the economic and trade cooperation between Indonesia and China.

Chang Xuping,head of Operation and Maintenance project of Shaanxi Blower Group Power Plant in Indonesia, introduced the specific condition of the project, including its job requirements, salary and follow-up development space.Later, the students accepted the interview one by one.

In recent years, in order to meet the human resources needs of enterprises, SXPI has carried out joint training of modern apprenticeship Indonesian students with Shaanxi Blower Group and other Chinese enterprises. Meanwhile, the content of mechanical and electrical technology, finance and Chinese industry training are provided for Indonesian students to enhance their competitiveness in Chinese enterprises. At present, a total of 34 Indonesian students have been employed in Chinese enterprises, effectively alleviating the employment problems of enterprises.
