On September 4th, a special supervision and inspection meeting was held in the first meeting room of Chongwen South Building. Teachers work department, student work department, state assets department, security department, logistics support department, infrastructure department and 10 secondary Schools attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Kang Qiang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of SXPI.

1. Improving understanding & strengthening conscious actions

All departments should fully realize that the new campus put into use is an important event in the development history of SXPI, and must grasp the work of the new campus with a high sense of responsibility.

2. Shouldering the primary responsibility & doing all work well

All departments should conscientiously undertake the tasks assigned by SXPI and do the preparatory work before the official operation of the new campus in a solid and meticulous manner. At the same time, emergency plans are made to ensure that possible problems can be eliminated in time.

3. Following up projects & improving working methods

All departments should closely focus on the concerns and interests of teachers and students to ensure good service. The teaching and living facilities of teachers and students should be arranged for on-site inspection and acceptance in advance.

4. Strengthening supervision & ensuring stability

The supervision and inspection office of the Discipline Inspection Commission of SXPI should strengthen the real-time supervision and inspection of the operation of the new campus, the work of opening the school, COVID-19 prevention and control. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen the inspection before students settle in to ensure the safety and stability of the work.

The meeting announced the special supervision and inspection of the new campus construction. The participants discussed and exchanged about the new campus opening and the various services and guarantees for teachers and students after they settle in the new campus.
