In order to enrich the cooperation between China & Europe and China & Germany, according to the spirit of the "Notice on Launching the TÜV Rheinland Digital Innovation Empowerment Program with TÜV Rheinland Group" issued by the International Department of the Ministry of Education, and selected by the China Education Association for International Exchange (CEAIE), SXPIwas established as the construction unit of "TÜV Rheinland Digital Innovation Empowerment Plan", and the national "double-high" Material Forming and Control Technology Professional Group was the project construction professional group.

"TÜV Rheinland Digital Innovation Empowerment Program" is a pilot project of industry-education integration innovation jointly carried out by CEAIE and TÜV Rheinland Group under the guidance of the Ministry of Education. The plan focuses on the three professional fields of intelligent manufacturing, new energy vehicles, and green and low-carbon, and uses an innovative "enterprise service-talent empowerment-college empowerment" industry-education integration model. Itbenchmarks international industry standards and talent training standards under the background of digital transformation, and aims to help vocational colleges enhance the quality of "dual" teachers, improve the level of comprehensive digital governance, develop international professional standardsand promote school-enterprise collaborative innovation and achievement transformation.

Through the implementation of this plan, the material forming and control technology professional group of SXPI will learn from the experience of German vocational education and digital development, promote coordinated innovation, transformation of teaching achievements, construction of dual teacher teams, and improve social service capabilities. Finally, SXPI will serve the international production capacity cooperation with an internationally aligned talent training system.
